Although meeting people in person will never be replaced, web conferences allow participants to communicate with each other using options such as desktop sharing and document sharing, chat, sound, and video. The more features you add to a program, the more it is going to cost. <br /><br />Web conferencing programs are also getting easier and easier to use, which is important considering that many member participants will be using the program for the first time at one point or another. Pretty much all web meeting solutions charge more if you want more users to join an online meeting.
